V3J confirms the internationalization process with its first Solar Farm in Romania, a 3’7 MWp project, through DFE (Delta Fotovoltaic Energy), whose majority shareholder is EPD. The construction works will begin imminently, under the Act 220/2008, which promotes Renewable Energy in the country, and that was approved on October 12th.>
V3J has acquired the majority shareholding NOVAVIS SRL. With this acquirement, V3J begins its career in Italy for the promotion and implementation PV Solar Plants. V3J has already started the promotion of 9 MW, and, in the second quarter of 2011, will start the erection and implementation of the first plants.
In 2010 December, V3J was present at Intersolar India 2010 exhibition, held in Mumbai (India), where the company is trying to find its place as a PV Plant Integrator, among other activities for the Indian emerging market.
V3J formed a NewCo called EpD Solar Systems, (owning a 50%), to start the promotion and implementation of Solar PV plants in Romania and Eastern Euope. With this NewCo, V3J started its European activity on Renewable Energies industry. EPD was present at RENEXPO South-East Europe, one of the most important exhibitions in this area, in late November.
